What ExactSite does

We check what AI services tell travelers about your hotel, prepare pages from facts you confirm, publish the pages you approve on our hosted address, and check the same questions again on a schedule: every month on Track, every week on Grow.

Your part

• Confirm that your hotel’s facts are accurate and current.
• Approve each page before it’s published, and each change after that.
• Update your facts when something changes at your hotel.
• Only give us text and photos you have the right to use.

What we can’t promise

AI answers are written by AI services, not by us. We can’t guarantee that any AI service will mention, recommend or cite your hotel, or say when it will read your pages, and we don’t promise bookings.

Your pages

Pages are built only from facts you confirm and are published only after you approve them. You can unpublish them at any time. Booking buttons go to your own booking engine; we don’t take bookings or payments for your hotel. Each page carries a small “Published with ExactSite” credit.

Businesses you don’t own

We publish pages about a business only after its owner proves control of the business’s domain.

Plans and refunds

Prices are per property. Track is $59 a month or $590 a year, and Grow is $149 a month or $1,490 a year, billed through Stripe. On Track you pay when you start monitoring after the free check; on Grow you pay when you approve and publish your pages. There is no free trial. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. If you cancel, or a payment fails and isn’t recovered, your pages come down and the checks stop.

The pilot

For selected hotels, the founder helps with setup. Pilot hotels pay for Track or Grow like everyone else. You see these terms again before you publish.
