Your website, a work email, your company name and your industry. We email you a six-digit code, and the code opens your results. Personal addresses like Gmail aren’t accepted.

The kinds of questions travelers ask before they know your name, like “independent hotel in Lisbon with parking and family rooms”, for couples, families, leisure, business and groups. We also ask about your hotel by name and check those answers for accuracy.

A mention means an answer names your hotel. A citation means it also links your website or pages as a source. Questions that already use your name are checked for accuracy, but never count toward visibility.

The answer says something your website doesn’t, like free parking when your website says there’s none. Either could be out of date, so you confirm the fact. Once you have, a mismatch counts as a wrong fact.

That’s the goal, and we measure toward it: first whether AI mentions your hotel and gets its facts right. No one can guarantee that an AI service will recommend you, or say when it will read new pages.

It varies by service. AI services find and read new pages on their own schedule, and no one controls when. Your checks show when answers change, question by question, and we only call a change real once it has held for three checks in a row.

It happens, often because of old listings on other websites. Your results show which answers are wrong and where the wrong fact came from. When it’s an old listing, we show you how to correct it.

Not quite. Search shows a list of links. AI writes one answer and names a few hotels in it. We start from what you already have, and if the check shows little gap, we’ll tell you.

Prices are per property. Track is $59/month or $590/year, for monitoring and wrong-fact alerts. Grow is $149/month or $1,490/year, and adds weekly checks and 6 to 8 hosted pages with Book direct, WhatsApp and email buttons. Others sell you the report and charge extra for the fix. Grow includes the fix, hosted and kept up to date. There’s no free trial, because the free check already shows what we’d fix. If ExactSite isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.

Each property has its own plan, its own checks and, on Grow, its own pages. You pay per property, and can put one hotel on Track and another on Grow.
