Before, AI didn’t name Outpost. Now it cites its pages.

Destination Outpost runs team-retreat and coliving venues in Bali and Sri Lanka. In a pilot from July to August 2026, we published an eight-page retreat guide alongside its website and tracked the questions its buyers ask AI.

What else we found

Some answers put Outpost in the wrong place

Some Gemini and Claude answers placed Outpost in parts of Bali where it doesn’t operate, copied from old listings on other websites.

Being mentioned isn’t enough if the details are wrong. That’s why ExactSite separates mentions from accuracy, shows where a wrong fact came from, and checks again every week.

What we don’t claim
Revenue or booking figures, or typical results. This is one customer’s results, not a promise of what AI services will do for your hotel.

For your hotel

The same approach, built for hotels, guesthouses and retreats

Outpost isn’t a hotel, but its buyers ask AI the same kind of question travelers do: where should we stay? For a hotel, the pages cover what guests ask about, such as rooms, location, breakfast and policies, written only from facts you confirm.
