What we collect

• When you ask for a free check: the website, work email, company name and industry you enter, and the AI answers to the questions we ask about your hotel.
• When you set up your pages: your hotel’s facts, your answers to our questions, and the pages you approve.
• When you pay: billing details, which Stripe holds. We don’t.
• When you contact us: your name, email, hotel website and message.

How we use it

We use it to run your checks, prepare and publish the pages you approve, send your codes and the emails you choose, and reply to you.

What’s public

Pages you approve and publish are public, so guests and AI services can read them. Your checks, facts, dashboard and reports are private to your account.

AI services

To run a check, we send guest questions to AI services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. The questions describe the stay a traveler wants, or name your hotel. They don’t include your email address or account details.

• Google Cloud: hosting and database
• Cloudflare: serving pages and the free-check form
• Stripe: payments
• Resend: email
• OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic: the AI services we check, and reading your website

Emails

We email you a code when you ask for a free check, a weekly email when something meaningful changes, and a monthly report. You can turn the weekly and monthly emails off, and every email says how.

You can change your email settings at any time. To ask about your data, or to close your account, contact us.
